Since we met Angel’s Pizza, we stopped going to our usual “stuffed crust” pizza place. I don’t know, but they kind of fell off the wagon. As a giant business, you cannot be complacent because a competitor can easily snatch the crown from your head. I guess that’s what happened. Now, the market is flooded with so many options. There’s Yellow Cab, SNR, Domino’s, and the thin-crust staple- Shakey’s. Also, whoever’s face you put on your ads will not do as much because, ultimately, taste and service wins. There are no naming names here. But I just feel sad because this place holds many memories for us.
So, going back to the topic. Angels Pizza launched a new pizza variant, and we loved it!

It’s the Creamy Spinach Sushi Bake Pizza! The original Creamy spinach is our go-to flavor option whenever we order for delivery. I can’t remember a time we didn’t order it.

Today, we ordered using the Angel’s Pizza Card and got the new flavor and this one: Toppings So Bongga ( or something like that)
When it comes to trying out food, I’m the unadventurous type, but my kids are baked sushi monsters, so it’s a given.

It was good, just a tad too salty for me. The flavor of the nori and the crab still stood out despite the creaminess of the spinach and cream cheese.
My only issue is that it’s a bit spicy already, so it took the fun out of putting hot sauce. As I said, it’s just me because the kids had a bottle of sriracha while devouring the pizza. Overall it’s excellent, and I will definitely try it again.
