I badly need to address my frizzy and dull hair, so I needed to have a salon day and decided this could be my opportunity to date my two teeners. So we booked a grab and then went to SM Fairview.

We first ate lunch at Ramen Nagi.

The two got the spicy variant as usual,

while they kid me for being boring as I got the traditional version.

We also got Chicken Karaage which I liked because it had a hint of freshness, probably because it was marinated in ginger.

It was their first time trying Ramen Nagi. And the verdict? Zaki said he still preferred Ramen Kuroda, while Kali loved it though it took her a bit of time to finish the huge bowl, and she wanted to try it again next time, but only if she’ll share with another as it overwhelmed her. For 3 bowls of Ramen and 5 pieces Chicken Karaage, we paid P1,800 ( that’s with the PWD discount!) I can say it’s worth the price, but as for me, I’d still prefer Ramen Kuroda.
While having my hair treatment, the initial idea was to give Ate Kali a mani-pedi and Zaki, a hot oil treatment. But things went differently than planned since the salon was short-staffed and there were a lot of patrons.
I just gave them money to go to Starbucks and have coffee. I asked them for pictures, but being the teens they are, they refused. After Starbucks, I was still not done, so I told them to play in Timezone. Based on their stories, they enjoyed it.
They went back and ate Kali had her mani/pedi and the first time to paint her nails.

Zaki didn’t want a hair treatment, so I gave him money to play in the arcade again.
It’s now close to 7 pm, and we bought dinner for takeout before going home. We enjoyed the day. Although I’m pretty sure they got tired of pushing their 130lb mama in the wheelchair.
